1. organizer
The organizer of the competition is Unitechnik Systems GmbH, Fritz-Kotz-Str. 14, 51674 Wiehl, Germany.
The competition will be carried out via the Instagram account of Unitechnik Systems GmbH. Unitechnik Systems GmbH is the sole contact and responsible party for the implementation.
2 Object of the competition
As part of the Instagram format "Unitechnik Elf vs. Team Insta-Community", a selected employee of Unitechnik Systems GmbH will guess the exact score of a selected soccer match as a "UT oracle".
The Instagram community can also submit an exact result tip for the respective match. The community tip must not be identical to the publicly stated tip of the UT oracle. Identical tips will not be counted.
3. eligibility to participate
Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of Unitechnik Systems GmbH and persons involved in the conception, organization or implementation of the competition are excluded from participation in the Instagram competition. The internal UT oracle is not a participant in the Instagram competition, but part of a separate internal campaign.
Participation is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of goods or services.
Automated entries, multiple entries via several Instagram accounts, competition clubs and other attempts at manipulation are not permitted and may lead to exclusion.
4. how participation works
Participation takes place via a comment under the respective Instagram competition post.
The comment must contain a clear, exact result prediction for the match mentioned in the post, for example:
"Germany 3:1 Curaçao"
The comment must not contain any personal data such as address, telephone number, e-mail address or bank details.
One valid tip is possible per Instagram profile and match. If several tips are submitted, the last valid tip published before the closing date will count. Subsequently edited comments may be excluded if it is not clear that they were edited before the closing date.
The official result after regular time including injury time is decisive. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count, unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective entry.
5 Closing date
Participation begins with the publication of the respective Instagram competition post.
The closing date for entries is the official start of the match mentioned in the post. The specific date and time will be stated in the respective Instagram post.
Tips received after the start of the match will not be considered.
If a match is postponed, canceled or abandoned, Unitechnik Systems GmbH may cancel, postpone or reschedule the competition for this match.
6. determination of the winner
If the UT oracle guesses the exact result correctly, the prize stated in the entry goes to the UT oracle. In this case, there will be no draw among the Instagram participants.
If the UT oracle does not guess correctly and there is at least one valid community tip with the exact correct result, the prize will be drawn at random from all valid correct community tips.
If there is no valid correct community tip, no community winner will be determined for this game. There is no entitlement to a replacement draw.
The draw will take place within 5 working days after the end of the game. Unitechnik Systems GmbH will document the determination of the winner internally.
7 Prize
The prize to be won is the prize described in the respective Instagram post, for example an adidas soccer for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
A cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
The prize will be sent free of charge within Germany. Alternatively, the prize can be handed over in person at the company location of Unitechnik Systems GmbH, Fritz-Kotz-Str. 14, 51674 Wiehl, by arrangement.
Travel, collection or other ancillary costs will not be covered.
8 Notification of the prize
The winner will be notified via a private message via Instagram direct messages from the official Instagram account of Unitechnik Systems GmbH.
In order to process the prize, the winner will be asked to send their full name and shipping address via private message.
If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days after notification of the prize, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new draw will be held among the remaining valid correct tips.
Unitechnik Systems GmbH will never request bank details, credit card details or passwords in connection with the competition.
9 Exclusion from participation
Unitechnik Systems GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants if they violate these conditions of participation, provide false information, manipulate the competition or attempt to influence participation in an improper manner.
Comments with offensive, discriminatory, illegal, violence-glorifying, racist, sexist or otherwise inappropriate content may be deleted and excluded from participation.
10 Premature termination or modification
Unitechnik Systems GmbH reserves the right to change, suspend or prematurely terminate the competition for good cause, in particular in the event of technical faults, manipulation, failure of the Instagram functions, game cancellations, game postponements or other circumstances that make it impossible or significantly more difficult to carry out the competition properly.
11 Data protection
As part of the competition, Unitechnik Systems GmbH processes participants' personal data insofar as this is necessary to carry out and process the competition.
In particular, the following will be processed
Instagram user name, public comment with result tip, time of participation and, in the event of a win, the name and shipping address of the winner.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting the competition, determining and notifying the winner and sending or handing over the prize.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The data will not be used for advertising purposes and will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of service providers who are required to process the prize, for example shipping service providers.
The data collected for prize processing will be deleted after the competition has ended, provided there are no legal obligations to retain it. Public comments on Instagram remain visible in accordance with Instagram's functions and settings until they are deleted by the participants themselves or by Instagram.
Participants have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing within the scope of the legal requirements. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

12. no connection to Instagram, Meta, FIFA or adidas
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram or Meta and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram or Meta. The sole contact and responsible party is Unitechnik Systems GmbH. By participating, participants release Instagram and Meta from any claims in connection with the competition.
Furthermore, the competition is not affiliated with FIFA, DFB or adidas and is not sponsored, supported or organized by them, unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective Instagram post. The brands mentioned serve exclusively to describe the sporting event or the prize.
13. legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the implementation of the competition and the determination of the winner, insofar as legally permissible.
German law applies.
